Eligibility Criteria

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Hair products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. This includes uncut lace, unbrushed curls, and no signs of wear.

All tags, hair nets, silk bags, boxes, and branded packaging must be included and intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized, worn, altered, or final sale items.
Return & Exchange Process

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, you will be given instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.

All approved returns are issued in the form of an Aurea Beauty store credit (no refunds to the original payment method).

Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any damage or defects, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos or videos clearly showing the issue so we can assist you promptly.

We will review the evidence and arrange an exchange or store credit if the product is found to be faulty.
