Shipping Information

• All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking included.
  
  
• Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  
  
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order from the Order Tracking page on our website.
  
  
• Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 (before tax and discounts). For orders below $150 shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  
  
• Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
  
  
• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page so we can investigate and support a resolution. NOTE: for complain or incorrect or damaged items, please have an unboxing video so we can properly investigate the matter for you.
  
  
• Aurea Beauty is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors (weather, customs, etc.), but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues as quickly as possible.
